How It Works
Step 01
Complete Independently
The employee completes the Self-Review and the manager completes the Manager Review. Both forms must be completed no later than one week prior to the scheduled review date.
Step 02
Export to PDF
Each form validates all required fields and exports to a branded, print-ready PDF. Once saved, email your completed PDF to EST.
Step 03
Review Side by Side
Both PDFs are compared section by section — ratings, examples, goals, and feedback — to surface alignment and honest gaps during the conversation.
Step 04
Sign & File
Both forms are signed, filed, and referenced throughout the year as a living development agreement between the employee and their manager.
